Retired Senior Volunteer Program (RSVP) places individuals 55 and older in volunteer positions throughout Lorain County at local non-profits, faith-based organizations and health facilities.  The LCOOA strongly believes in the value our volunteers bring to their community and strives to find a niche for volunteers of all backgrounds.
