Donation Refund Policy

Thank you so much for your donation to our agency.

Let us know, before you go!

To ensure we are being the best stewards of our donor funds, please contact us to let us know why you are seeking a refund so we may have the opportunity to satisfy your concerns.  There are a lot of people in the county who depend on donations from people like you to continue receiving our services!

Still not satisfied?

If we were unable to rectify your concerns, and not more than 30 days have passed since your donation, we may be able to process a refund on a case by case basis.

Processed refunds

If you’ve been approved for a refund, we will initiate the refund to your credit card (or original form of payment).  If you donated with a credit or debit card, you will receive the refund within a certain number of days based on your card issuer’s policies.  If we are refunding you by check, you should receive it in the mail within 15 business days of approval.
