Paul wears many hats — including his role as Manager of Community Relations at University Hospitals Elyria Medical Center — but here at LCOOA, he's known simply as "The Candy Guy." Paul visits the LCOOA office nearly every week, basket of candy in hand, making sure every single member of our team feels seen, appreciated, and motivated.
