Healthy Strides is a free, community-based walking and health education program designed to help participants take simple steps toward better health. Ideal for individuals managing high blood pressure, diabetes, or improving heart health. Open to all ages and fitness levels!

What to Expect:
β€’ Short health education talk (caregiver-led)
β€’ Light stretching
β€’ Guided 1–3 mile walk at participant's pace
β€’ Preventive screening information and referrals
β€’ Time for participant and caregiver connection

Each session is led by Cleveland Clinic caregivers. Registration helps tailor sessions to your health needs β€” register today or ask your provider about joining Healthy Strides.
